Born in 1916. Passed intermediate (1934), joined Hyderabad Satyagrah and was arrested. After released from the jail in 1940, he joined college and passed BA (1942). Shastri(1943) and MA(1944) from DAV college Lahore . While activity involved in the freedom movement for India , he restarted Brahma Maha Vidyalaya in Lahore and later on become the Principal (1944-1946). Partition forced him to move to Delhi . He joined the Constituent Assembly secretariat (1949), wherein he helped the Committee for Translation of the Constitution of India into Hindi. He joined Rajya Sabha Secretariat and retired in 1977.
